Coconut Macaroons Recipe!

FILIPINO COCONUT MACAROON

RECIPE: 

Desiccated coconuts 2 cups

All-purpose flour 1/2 cup

Granulated sugar 1/2 cup

Condensed Milk 300g

Butter 1/3 cup

Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp

Egg 2 medium size

 

Method:

1. Place butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and using a hand mixer, beat it until the cream mixture becomes light and fluffy.

2. Add eggs and condensed milk, then mix on medium speed.

3. Add the desiccated coconut, mix well until well blended.

4. Place in small molds lined with paper cups, then bake in a 180c preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.

5. Let it cool down before serving.
